um i don’t think he ditched him for liking kids but more like the uke is a guy and can’t give birth so he thought it might be better if the seme be with someone else that can give him kids

I agree but I also think what uke did was valid in his POV as well bcz of the fact that they didn't talk it out and according to what's said later, while uke is gay the seme seems bisexual (leading to internal insecurities and homophobia ) and it's pretty common to let go of your loved one to prioritize their happiness.
