I've been looking for title of yaoi manga I read a few years back, there are two books.
It's an office romance between the superior, a plain guy with no ambitions at life but to work his best (the uke) and the subordinate, younger than him, straight and is on his first job (the seme). The superior is a gay and experienced bullying in the past so he sort of shut down in life and works his best in the company as General Affairs. His boss is very supportive almost like a father despite knowing that he's gay because he had a gay friend who died on him before so he understood the struggle and pressure for someone who's gay to blend in with the society.
The subordinate ended up falling in love with his superior and they finally an item.
There was a scene where they go hanami at night and the seme was jealous because their boss took care the uke really well.
