Who your mom wants you to marry vs who your heart desires.
It's a no brainer.
Happy ever after TJ and Ian, looking forward to your wedding day!
Then you're the type who would choose who your mom wants you to marry. Good for you. But good for Ian who chooses what his heart wants too. Nothing wrong with that.
Not sure why shaming is needed here, even in reality, bad person and good person can have relationship, they balance, and compliment each other.
TJ left the underworld as Ian wanted, it shows that he does care and loves Ian just as much as Jo would do for Ian.
That Doram child must be a genius, for a 7 year old to be so eloquent, considerate, possesses wisdom and the maturity of a 30 year old kills me. While the adult Doram acts and thinks like a 5 year old.
This manwa is nice, but make it more believable!
Well considering that he had his memories sealed away by Omi it would explain why.
He was a child of a prominent family and studing to become a scholar, he was not even 10 years old when he was thrown into slavery, where that maturity obviously was against him, so whether he liked it or not he had to "unlearn" the scholars teachings he had been tought to repeat.
And all because a punny king was upset his son was the actual god, not him. ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭
Regardless of his family background, a real and normal 7 year old child don't have a developed brain yet to comprehend complex political situation of his village. Blushed like a women when a grown man said I will protect you. Dang, this 7 yo Doram child who is supposed to live in a rural ancient village even able to properly convey a complex issues within his village more than most modern adult can be.
Try live in a real world sometimes and hang out with real 7 year old kids, all they care about is where their toys and go on chasing unicorns with their friends.
Kids across decades are all the same, watch Life is Beautiful, where the 6 yo Jew child undergo living in harsh environment yet he goes about his day playing, living and interacting with people around him as an every day 6 year old kid who doesn't even understand that they are actually living in a nightmare. Now this is a believable story.
His family background has nothing to do with his brain ability as a child. Doram child speaks that displays a fully developed brain who can handle communication eloquency and manner of only adult 20 - 30 year old could do.
Not even Einstein at 7 year old is as eloquent as Doram *rolls eyes*
If your argument is his family background, see real life Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis, who are ACTUAL Royal children with strict Royal protocols and top tier education. Doram's background cant compare to what these Royal children have. Not even them were showing the level of political depth and knowledge of their family as Doram does.
I rest my case. Believe what you believe
I will have to disagree, not all kids across all decades are the same.
I can definitely tell you that if I behaved the way the 7 year olds behave now back in my day as a 7yo my mama would have whooped my conseinted ass for behaving like a monkey.
Your example of a movie where all the adults worked to HIDE the reality from a child serves as the prime example as to why Doram understands better, his parents are not hiding nor they are shielding him from anything as it is expected he would learn from those experiences to become a good scholar and one day help their province. I dont see the kid in the movie Run boy Run acting like a carefree child as you implied with your example.
Even in this era, 7yo Prince Hisahito had a completely different upbringing than any 7yo of his generation in Japan.
Weird for you to give an example to compare kids when the culture and era are waaaay different. Just see 7yo now that can't take no for an answer ams throw tantrum vs asian 7yo'swho make their own lunch and clean their own school and have good manners.
Back in other times marriage was allowed at 13, in india girls were exchanged for goats and cows to marry a man 20 years older than them....obv it is not the same in all decades and eras in any culture.

He is not a normal child, he came from a rich family. Maybe not a royal family but still a rich family! You’re here comparing him to 21th century royal families and it literally bullshit knowing nobles and royal families from later centuries practiced scripture, poetry, mind games, languages, art and others things that are considered extremely intellectual and high class. I doubt the English royal children were doing scripture the same way noble families in Korea did back in the days but because you’re a stupid bitch who think insulting and judging everyone make you special, we will let you have your superficial fantasy.
Now who doesn't have arguments and decides to run away from a conversation you started?
ε=ε=(ノ≧∇≦)ノ
Your point is he is not normal to you...however to you holocaust kids lived the good life like in the movie...so i guess I also know how your thought process works and am glad that I do not see eye to eye with your opinion.

I am not arguing whether he is human or not. Do you know what normal means? Like, when you make a curve and the mode = mean = median? You, yourself, say he is more eloquent than the average 7 year old. Using your own description, he is not normal 7 years old. So why the obsession with comparing him to a normal one?
Stop doubling down over a fictional story by comparing it with present real life people. This is an era way ancient than today with supernatural element. Doram is a kid from a high-stand in family/clan who has been taught different things ever since he started to learn. He even says he doesn't get to play often when he was in the river. In an era where a prince's "coming of age" is celebrated when he is 9-13 years old, why are you shocked that he has a high intellectual capacity? Plus his views are reinforced because of his family's teaching. None of it are his original thoughts. People were married off as early as 11, started family at 12 or 13, it's to be expected people think differently according to the era they live in. Plus isn't your viewpoint a little shrewd due to the fact the english is heavy here? If his words were more simple then surely this wouldn't much of an issue will it?

We all know how this is gonna end, but I will still board the ship. All board!
