Wasn't he supposed to be a dominant omega, not a recessive? Or am I forgetting something
They can control their pheromones and can pretend as a beta. They appear in trait test as a beta. This gave a lot of problems and misunderstandings in Koi’s traits before because Ashley was showering him with pheromones to turn him to an omega from Beta but Koi never mutated and always appeared as a Beta in trait test. This is also one of the reasons why Ashley’s father had them separated. Because despite Koi being a Beta Ashley wanted to marry him after becoming an adult (Yes their relationship started young like 15 or 16 years old base on the novel)
Anyways it turns out Koi is a Dominant Omega. Even after they’ve done the trait test when he was pregnant it still appears as Beta. This is the reason why a dominant omega can hide if they wanted to. They are after all a very rare trait an ultimate dream of every dominant alphas.
Remember Angel? Kieth’s birth mothet? Angel was abducted when news about his traits was revealed and he was forced to conceived five children one of each for 5 families. That’s the reason why Angel told Koi to never acknowledge him because if others knew he might end up the same faith as him.
After Ashley found out he is a dominant Omega it was kept a secret until their wedding where finally Ashley marked KoI as his Omega on their first of their wedding.
When Koi and Dane met Koi had hide the fact that Dane is a dominant Omega for thr same reason. When Koi and Ashley’s youngest child manifested as a dominant omega Ashley took precautions because of it. No one knew of it except for the family and Doctor Steward. He even decided to send Bliss to England to avoid for sibblings to lose their minds to pheromones of their youngest sibling. Ashley said, as soon as all his elder siblings find their mates or person to love then it will be safe for Bliss to comeback. Just then they will just visit him in the England.
Haven't really read a lot (5 chapters) but the mc annoys the living shit out of me. He keeps doing things he shouldn't do, and doesn't learn anything from them. Eats chestnuts -> apologizes -> 'I'll be more careful-> 20 seconds later -> oh let's go through this area where I'm not allowed to go -> gets caught -> oh let's go to another area I'm not allowed to -> gets caught. Please tell me he learns his lesson. Bro, there has to be a point where it's enough or at least a reason for why he has only 2 braincells.
Why are the plots in chinese manhuas so weird I love the art but the story makes close to zero sense
Doesn’t it make sense? The prince was injured in the past, so now everyone looks down upon him. He meets the guide, who is able to heal him, but actually has hidden motives. The guide planted a love gu in him, and which will cause him and the prince to fall in love with each other over time while also poisoning them. He wants to incite the prince to destroy the royal family or kill the king, perhaps both. The childhood friend is in on this cause, but for reasons not revealed yet, decided to try assassinating the prince and is caught. The guide begs on his behalf, which is seen as a betrayal by the prince.
I'm not really sure which story I wrote this comment under, as it doesn't show up for me/I can't see it, so I can't really go and fact-check, but from what I remember, if it's the story I think it is, I wrote this when there were only a few chapters, no clue how the story has progressed since, but it made no sense at the time - mc tells ml to guide him - ml guides him - mc tells him not to guide him anymore and threatens him - ml guides him - mc threatens him - mc tells him to guide him (or something similar to this, I remember that the mc kept changing his tune), all this pulling back and forth is a little annoying, and I've been similarly annoyed by other chinese manhuas, not all, but most.
Cliches, expected unexpected plot twists, things happening conveniently to push the plot forward and tie the pair together, no communication between the pair, just random shi happening, and mcs changing their mind at the drop of a hat not speaking exactly about this one, cuz I dropped it right after that weird dynamic, but chinese manhuas are often really chaotic - one chapter they're enemies, the next they get reincarnated, the next they are lovers, too much things happening at once, too fast with no room for digestion, some are slow-burn, some have such fast pacing they could be a one-shot but there's no balance, no in-between.
If it's not that story the nvm, I don't remember which one it is

Some of yall need to reread this story cuz ml deserved it 100% Recency bias is crazy, ml does have a sad childhood but it doesn't excuse what he did. I'm intrigued as to how the author fixes their relationship because right now it seems to be beyond repair
He is MC. But I agree he definitely deserved that beating, wdym he planned to exposed them that way. That's fucked up. He deserved that beating lol
True, usually the bottom is the mc so I misspoke
I agree they just blindly sided with the Mc like be fckng fr. He literally manipulate nanjo and he definitely deserve that beating he really thought nanjo would be his after he pulled that stunt lmaooo
Just because someone deserves something doesnt mean you wont feel bad for them. Particularly if you like their character.
I feel bad for him but i also feel bad for nanjo lets be real here, thats his breaking point he wouldn't hurt him if he didn't pull that stunt i feel like nanjo snap coz why would mokyeon do that. The title really suits him coz he's delusional hahaha.
