tkor114 (and a lot of these raw links like fxfx) use updated raw source from Newtoki, they are not updating anymore because Newtoki recently shutdown.. currently we don't have any site updating raws, I'm devastated
They're still updating though, Xtoon for example said that they relied on Newtoki but they found a new source, updates will just take longer for a few days
