Reading the comments and I don't think most realize that Yeonwu means he started to development a liking AFTER (moving in) realizing how Rosa resented him because it meant that she alway thought of him and be the only one she hates because he want her to resent him more since it means he won't be forgotten so je started to purposelyget under her skin. Not since the very beginning. He still genuine (aka thankful) about Suryeon just not in love. The revenge thing feels more on Rosa agenda at the moment.
