alot of mc just suffering ig and him being very isolated. not letting anyone help him. I think if u let it marinate a little the later chapters are gonna be very redeeming and satisfying to read... hopefully... if im correct where this is heading at least.

basically, it's being rated low prematurely.
because the story hasn't really made much progress yet, it appears that a lot of people are assuming there WON'T be any progress. thus, people are rating it 1 star.
it has a LOT of abuse and dark themes (rape, drugs, assault, etc), so it's a pretty tough read, BUT it has a lot of potential, if you're into darker, psychological stories!!
honestly, i'd read it and see for yourself what rating u think it deserves, bc the current rating here DEFINITELY seems to be based mostly on assumptions abt where the plot will go, not based on what's actually happened thus far (bc like i said, it still seems like the plot is in its "setting the scene" phase).
obviously, be careful of the tags, etc.
at least, this is my opinion on the low rating!!!! i've personally rated it 5 stars atm bc i think the author is setting up a really interesting story, no matter whether they go for a healthier ending or a worse one!! i think it's very intriguing!!
(of course, i understand why people rate stories w themes like this low anyway, but this manhwa in particular seems to be taking a massive rating hit, and i am really not sure why )
