Been trying to find this story for years, its very old. I only know half the story.
Story starts out with Mc waking up from deep slumber I'll say thousand of years later, The Murim world changed while he was asleep. Appearance still the same, and it seem he stopped aging. Hm I do remember a few sec masters asking him for help, he had to take a few tests with the new generation students some bullied him a little but he ignored it.
This is a Murim story so I ain't sure if this is even the right detailed even though the slumber part is correct.
I have a question. Right now I am looking for a story I did read. The story starts off with, A Young girl (FL) and her mother running through the forest to get away from the men that is chasing them. I think the mother end up dying, The Female Lead end going to her mother's future where she isn't awaken yet. She becomes a mage and learn under the High Tower Master. She has blonde hair and i think green eyes?? i think they are litle mixed her eyes. and a dragon comes around and says "You're not suppose to be in this future, and your messing up the timeline." the dragon wants to kill her but the female lead begs her to wait until she fixed her mother's future. also the mother is a elf

Lol Well wasn't the male honest? the vassels were more toxic then the male lead. they trying to control who he marry, trying to take over the house. they were both honest to each other that's all to there. He isn't toxic, he knows what his so called people are like. and honestly everyone like queen this and that, but imma be honest she is to soft, they should've been executed in my opinion there nothing but idiots who trying to control a grown man he isn't toxic his a duke who has to do right by his house. you can call me wrong in the comment section but honestly you all just weak, now more trouble gonna rise lmao. this is what happen when a hero tries to save villaines and then they get back stabbed just for doing that "I can change them, I can make them better, I can make them into a good person" blah blah what a pitiful world we live in
I so agree with you, either be executed to serve as a warning to others or take advantage of them and make rhem suffer all their lives. And I'm also shocked that fl is too soft hearted since she grew up with mercenaries, cause aren't mercenaries lawless like they are much worse since they don't follow a law and just their own desires or living for theirselves. And its impossible to not encounter atleast one mercenary thats cruel and selfish. I would rather believe she grew up with knights because of her sense of justice and ability to have empathy with her subjects...
I did say before that even though she is a knight, I feel like the ones who didn't teach her how noble life is, either you cut them off completely or you give a real good warning to them. mercy is never the best choice. because you can backstabbed without even realizing it. I wish the mercenaries actually taught her how to be cruel not evil just cruel so she wouldn't pity the bad guys.
