it honestly just grosses me out, even if they aren’t blood related in the end, I think if I were raised by a man who treated me like shit my entire life and then I found out he was not actually my dad, I would still see him as a “father figure” even though that’s not what he was since he neglected her. I wouldn’t be able to personally find someone like that attractive nor move on from it (even though he never physically abused her)
Also, from what I’ve heard her brothers are also love interests so it’s just weird to me (not saying that the current fiancé is ever going to be the better option)

Hello, as someone who has the novel: the story is following the novel pretty much 1:1 so yes the dad is the ML and her brothers too (as well as her ex husband Silvien and Rafael). It’s very clearly said that she doesn’t love any of them except Alex (her dad). Also none of them are blood related.
