Dan’s feelings are very valid. Jaekyung is literally the second person who has helped him a lot apart from his grandma. Jk visited his grandma in the hosp when he wasn't able to and besides, who wouldn't fall for someone as good-looking as Jaekyung, Dan admires Jaekying in the career aspect, he admires how the man works really hard to stay at the top. Dan sees Jaekyung as his boss so he overlooks the abuse, portraying it as a discipline to work harder. Gosh, I don’t even have the strength to start typing. Please go and reread the chapters and understand both characters from both perspectives, please.

There's no SS here bro, Dan was already attracted to Jk beforehand. The feelings he developed are real feelings. Dan doesn't see Jaekyung as someone who has taken him hostage, he's simply repaying the dude for everything he has done for him. His feelings didn't develop out of the abuse he received. Check the panels, Dan admitted that Jaekyung was very attractive before those abusive acts, those feelings simply grew the more he saw new sides of the man. Go and look up real stories about SS, and then you'll get a better understanding of the term. Bro, have you ever seen SS in action? It's way diff than this omg.
