Same author as Dysfunctional Family Therapy and I love the way this turned out. It went from childhood friends reuniting to an in-depth exploration of what it's like for Japanese employees to be forced to work in terrible conditions going through the cycle of life being pushed to edge and having to completely throw away their lives because of their heartless bosses, with a touch of positive nihilism. Just a great story all throughout and you should definitely read it then watch its new drama.
