This was such a cute and relatable read! I personally have a big appetite stemmed from inferiority and although it's getting better, I found acceptance in myself that I couldn't before. Sure, I've gained weight but so what. I'm happy when I eat and I'm sure one day someone will like me for who I am.
For some reason I js now realized why in chapter 29 and during the time seunghyun's brother offered chaejun that scent made him freak. Assuming it was seunghyun's brother who locked chaejun up when he was younger, I'm sure he smelt that same scent on him and possibly lingering in the air the entire time he was waiting to get let out which in the present triggers his ptsd.
