So apparently Iltak wasn't even a huge homophobe, dude was trying not to get beat up by his so called friends by being a jerk, and everything went to shit.
He got the love letter from the dude and said that he didn't really get it because he personalky isn't gay and he just sees him as a friend, but that he'd read the letter later and give him a thoughtful answer cause he worked up the courage to tell him (which he mentioned that the guy was very unassertive, so he was kind of glad he took an initiative.
So Iltak wanted to ask his other friends for advice on how to turn him down gently and remain friends, and he thought I can trust my freinds with anything, and since they were talking about dating, and asking people out over tv and drinks, he thought now would be a good time to ask.
But as soon as he told them that the guy confessed to him and wrote such a thoughtful and sincere letter (that's literally how iltak described it, cause he liked the thought but in the letter, but he just didnt like him that way), his friends started an immediate homophobic rant, threatening violence, calling the dude a pervert, and vehemently questioning if iltak was "a pervert who likes to take it up the butt like him".
So iltak was like "shit, I shouldn't have asked for advice" cause now he is in danger of his own supposed friends beating him up. And the reason why he waited to ask when he was over at their house, was because he was worried that if he asked at school, the kids there would hear and beat both of them up.

Hyun Woo is coming to the rescue.
The new guys sexual harassment escalates, and Il Tak I'd terrified cause he's going to realise that he's a physcho. Hyun Woo calls him one night, and he meets him. In order to try to erase the memory of the stuff the new dude did, IL Tak asks Hyun Woo to do the same things the other guy forced him to do. Hyun woo wonders a bit why IL Tak is bassicly begging him to do this stuff in a panicy way, not knowing about what the other guy did. That is when Hyun Woo see hickies on Il Tak's neck, and I'm guessing he told who did it to him, cause the next thing you see, Hyun Woo is in the school going to go beat up the new guy. And the cliff hanger ends with the new guy blocking Hyun Woo's drop kick with ease.
Like the amount of people upset that the cast of JJK aren't the protagonist of Modulo is confusing to me, cause JJK is a sequel to Tokyo Metro Magical Technical School, which came out year before JJK, and Yuta wasn't the protagonist of JJK either, he was a support character, but people weren't upset about that.

Uh... are the translations like being held up in the system?
