I feel like I saw Kuze in one of Takanaga Hinako's mangas before... But I can't remember which one is °~° Or maybe I am wrong... Dunno
I haven't read Sensei's mangas except Koisuru Boukun and Challengers. But I have seen many characters from her works, they just look-alike because they were created by the same Sensei (haha) So, I think Kuze is a new character (?) I don't know that my opinion is correct though.
