Guwon is definitely a black flag whether he killed Jinwoo‘s father or not. In the world they live in their relationship will never be healthy and Guwon will always be extremely violent. It doesn’t make him a bad character, just extremely morally grey until we get more information. That’s what makes the story interesting!
Honestly Guwon could had easily killed the dad and definitely has some f*cked background to justify his whacko but I feel like it would be more interesting if Teach killed his dad. Couldn't handle it and got a psych break. It would be interesting to see his moral compass be challenged by the revelation. I dont think how Guwon runs the town is completely fair but will killing him really solve their problems or create worse? I dont the author will kill him off but it would be interesting if they did.

TL;DR: Bloomingdale should be your go-to for quality and official scans. If you are desperate for the latest stuff, go with something like Desire or Mythtoons, but probably don't buy "coins" or pay crypto to read stuff on their sites.
Bloomingdale is a long-time uploader on MG who uploads the officials. Mythtoons is weird and not the most ethical, I guess you could say. From what I've seen from them, they upload officials or at least well-translated stuff (idk which), but they advertise their own website and ask you to buy coins to read beyond the backlog chapters. It seems like Desire scans is similar to Mythtoons in that they ask for payment for the most recent chapters. And Kaizen is another interesting one, just from taking a peek at their first upload/credit page since they list their typesetters, etc. Simply as "staff," not super trustworthy lol. If you want trust worthy non-officaial look for groups with a variety of names, TS notes, memes, and blurbs in their credits page.
All of the "scanlators" for this manhwa are AI. Real scanlation groups only translate manhwas that don't have official English translations. As soon as a manhwa gets licensed for official english publication, real scanlation groups drop them, presumably to reduce the likelihood of legal action being taken against them. There are some instances where real scanlators keep translating despite that and keep with with the Korean raws, but from what I've noticed, those are usually individuals instead of whole groups, and it's not often.
You can basically be sure that if it's 3 repeats of the same chapter, they're all AI. Mythtoons, Desire, Kaizen, Spring, among others.
