The piss is nothing the part I'm struggling with is the secondhand embarrassment of seeing the boss begging to be pissed in to his employee who doesn't have a piss kink (yet). His whole trauma is from telling someone he liked piss as a teen and getting ostracised so you would think he'd learn and not go exposing his kink to someone he works with that could end his career? I know its bl so none of this matters and I'm gonna keep reading but all their interactions are making me cringe right now.
I thought the band members looked familiar and I'm pretty sure they are the mcs and friends from the authors other story (with the pink hair mc). If you look at the friend group there its younger versions of the band.

Just look in the other works for the cover with the guy who has dark pink hair. It’s at the end. I’m reading another one by the same author and I’m trying to figure out what’s going on, haven’t decided if it’s connected yet.
