Everyone here is saying how rejecting him made you lose your chance and while it is harsh, it might be true. In my always right opinion, I think you should still tell him how you feel, ESPECIALLY since he's moving away. And bc he's avoiding you, shows how he might still have lingering feelings, and doesn't want them to affect yall's relationship. T......
