Helios really doesn't care about the country. Girl, you can't say anything to that man. Just tell Kael to talk to him.
That he wants Hess to do the dirty work or restraining the nobles (who are rightfully pissed) is the same BS he did with Kael! He let Kael do all the dirty work and then threw his aside. I'd say screw this kingdom, take Kael and go somewhere with nice weather, but her baby is all involved and cares.
such a cute story, just horny and funny and not overly dramatic. Just sappy and romantic. Read this years ago when the translation was uploaded, it popped into my mind today.
I searched through my lists and finally searched through all the manga listings to find this.
I just wanted to re-read it, I could remember the story and part of the title, but it didn't help.

That's the bad side of queer-baiting. The author wanted fangirls, so they wrote a fun ship that had a lot of flirting but didn't reach physical levels, and when the novel got popular and got enough attention suddenly those scenes were too much for the readers who can't handle two men together.
So very ick.
At least Cale has always been an ace king.
Diana is doing a good job of deflecting all personal responsibility. In the same way she takes no part in Kael getting rid of her political opponents.
She shares that with her trash husband, though I guess Kael accepts Helios' non-apology, cause when you are a leader you can't just act normal.
I only hope that merchant ship still sinks, though it not wont be so bad since people wont die.
Sylvie was so cool in these chapters, she really showed her strength.
Loved the cover art for this volume, it reminds me of Berserk (obviously PG, lol).
Helios will give me indigestion. Though his apology is better than nothing. Kael is so much better now and has regained his confidence, not longer in the negative head space that he was trapped in.
Hestia has her own personal grudge from seeing her beloved self-destruct, so now it's her turn to deal with her rage.
I felt pity for the envoys since they were all hungry, the blondie was cute about it but the others were getting hangry.
The chapter is a bit weird in flow for me because I thought their dinner was on a different day. Usually these state affairs last hours and give time for diplomats to mingle.
The comment section has lost it, lol.
I admit that Hyunjae is top tier in the thirst department. But now our cute baby brother is here. Time for healing.
Hestia doesn't really believe she also has the blessing of the gods, she does though.
I've never minded the meals at temples or religious retreats, because when you go there everyone is mindful of not indulging their gluttony. But this dinner isn't hosted in a temple, it's hosted in a palace. I can't imagine the palace staff faces as they prepare these oddities. There are pics of food served at state banquets or Buckingham Palace, it's all fancy. Even the water glasses are fancy.
Doesn't a villainess who lives up to her title and a villain just tickle your heart?
They're not even being unjustifiably evil, since it's the second time around for Lass, she already saved far more people who would have died.
Hi Tasha! Still a pretty nee-san!
I've noticed this problem in other manhwa based on novels. The artists use assets (to save on time) that are completely unsuited to what is being described in the book.
This was a really good scene, one of my faves. The beautiful desert, expansive and hostile. This is not what SAND DUNES look like. Why are there large jagged rocks in a desert potentially providing shelter and helping people hide instead of the endless desert that swallows everything?
Btw, defending lazy art doesn't actually help the manhwa industry.
