I saw a comment saying how they love atmospheric bls, and I found myself thinking , ah, me too. This one manages to captivate me through the art, atmosphere, and the story. The environment is calm, but almost in an an eerie way due to the context of the plot. The pacing is perfectly slow, like Im spending real days of my life with them. The thin boundary between their friendship and being lovers is quite interesting as well. I look forward to the rest of the story.

The world building isn't very expanded upon, yet it feels all the wide. It is focused on the magic school, Lagen and just with that sort of knowledge it feels like I've been delved into an entirely new universe that's feels extremely familiar and comforting. Along with this, the mangaka does an extremely well job of tying the heart wrenching moments with the sweet, but also with the horror of the daunting reality that one is going to die and the other will be left as the only one with the memories of their previous life. MY HEARTTT 100/10
