I don't know if I read too much at this point but... For me it was clear it's yaoi... I had similar debate on another manhwa where they called it Yuri bait and I had the same take.. for me the cover was obvious that it was a hetero story...
I know androgynous people can be a little tricky but... I mean as soon as you click on it and see the tags it should be clear... So I wouldn't say they are baiting just because of a cover.
