That's legit but if I'll have to put my op, I'd say it's pretty common in literature. My native language has the archaic form which is still in use in historical literature, drama, etc. so I'm used to it in english too :)
Am i the only one who keeps cringing at the dialogue, the art is gorgeous and so are the sex panels but that dialogue (￣∇￣")..
