Outdated information. Disk crashed and they lost lists data. They're trying to recover whatever they can from rated/tagged receipts.
Also, likely why site recovery is taking longer than usual.
So I won't get my want to reads back?

They both definitely have issues it's interesting and I hope it works out for them that they stay together in a normal n happy way
