The novel is immaculate in at chapter 200 right now. I haven’t seen this sort of plot done well but to be fair I don’t read that many light novels
This sort of story I don’t think is one where it matters if you do read the novel beforehand it doesn’t make it less boring, if you then want to catch up with the manhwa
Besides you’ll have to let the manhwa marinate anyway
