I’m so sorry I wish I had good advice. Im 20 with pmdd too. People without PMDD just can’t understand what we go through even IF they try. I get it, ive lost friends and family relationships because of pmdd and being treatment resistant. a couple years ago i had dreams of becoming a pharmacy tech and i was even in schooling for it but I wasnt smart enough for it and dropped out and that still really fucks with me, i hope one day i can go back to it because nothing else sounds halfway decent, but with pmdd and ptsd dictating and ruining my life and no health insurance to see special...... reply
Im struggling hard with my pre menstrual dysphoric disorder that suddenly stopped responding to my birth control after years. Everyday life has turned depressing cuz im scared and constantly stuck in my head now. Had to go to the ER a few months ago because i tried a new BC and got so depressed and paranoid for a month i barely ate or drank anythin...... reply
