Im struggling hard with my pre menstrual dysphoric disorder that suddenly stopped responding to my birth control after years. Everyday life has turned depressing cuz im scared and constantly stuck in my head now. Had to go to the ER a few months ago because i tried a new BC and got so depressed and paranoid for a month i barely ate or drank anythin...... reply
