And all and all in fantasy trope, Ria is a witch. So yeah, just like any other story who involved ML vampire and FL human, it's not that different.
I think you’re kinda the weird one for focusing on little details rather than the storyline. Plus based on the time frame (not real though) it’s very similar to what happened throughout most of history. We can see it as cringe now but frankly those were the morals of today not on the timeframe. So just enjoy the story. If you don’t stop reading - it’s that simple
