I read this a long time ago, but didn't bookmark it and now I can't go back and reread it.
The plot goes like this: a teacher noticed a student hanging around a yakuza and he came to the conclusion that this student is being bullied. And so one day, I think in a gym equipment room, the teacher found said student and the yakuza having sex and then it was revealed that this student were also the leader of a yakuza clan as well. The student also has a tattoo on his back, I think.

The story's about a (purple haired?) mc who got into a fight with his dad so he decided to leave and live independently. He applied to this cafe for a job, not knowing that the staff are all crossdressers, and he himself also got roped into it as well. And it was there that he met the guy (black hair?) who falls in love with him (I remember that this guy is taller than the mc, and when he's crossdressing, he have a blonde wig...) But, the mc is oblivious to the other person's advances.
