It's a manga from way, way back (can't think of what time period it's called). The seme is either explained as a ying or yang type person and the uke is the opposite. It's basically omegaverse, but there's women who are trying to ruin the uke for the seme so they either can't have kids or so he (the seme) sees the uke in a bad light. I think the seme is either the king or a high born. there's smut and it's romance. I cannot remember the name to save my life! There's the uke and seme. The seme is a giant dude with black hair and he goes to college with the uke who's older than him. The uke only wants sex and skipped a couple of years because of his ex. The uke has a mental disorder where they have to have a lot of sex or something.
