This is by the same person who did Redoing My Youth! I hope that it took gets a voiced ad! This would make a great anime, although it would be very solidly filed as hentai, unfortunately (unfortunately because it meant it's quite unlikely to be made because of that.) I just wanna see the characters come to life.... heh, come.

Just the other day, my partner and I were talking about how we missed the in depth explanations anime and manga translations used to have. We love hearing/reading the literal translations, puns, and plays on things like proverbs and popular sayings we've obviously never heard. The officials usually just replace them with English sayings and change the word said to better fit or sayings, but there are often layers to those jokes in particular that just don't translate UNLESS the translator is as kind as you are!
Anyone who finds reading the side notes to be immersion breaking can just ignore them. For us who genuinely appreciate them, but removing them, it takes that away, we can't just get what we want if you remove them as they can ignore them if you don't. So I really appreciate that you didn't listen to them, and even pushed back. I can absolutely see how it could be annoying, but like I said, everyone, at every time, always, has the ability to just not read them.
