Short and incredibly cheesy. I kept waiting for the inevitable conflict, but none ever came (maybe I've conditioned myself for drama). Very lighthearted wholesome read, just a little cringe cliche.

The title story, "I'm Banging My Rival From A Parallel World!?" is chapters 1-2 and part of 5.5 (wish it was longer, it's a concept I adore);
Chapter 3 is about someone who's really into voices and a kid who refuses to speak because he's self conscious (done well as a short story);
Chapter 4 is about a guy slowly realizing he's giving love advice to his best friend that he's in love with (done well as a short story, it also has a quick extra in chapter 5.5);
And chapter 5 is just some guy with a fetish for fat people who assaults a dude (seriously, this one comes out of left field and I hate it, but the other stories are cute).

Mostly shonen ai, but towards the end of the side stories it's a bit more explicit (they're short scenes).

A complex plot that can be hard to follow at points. Honestly I still don't understand some things, but maybe another read would help (but not confident about that).

Didn't realize it was rated so low when I opted to read it, but I see why now. It's just entirely dub-con where the top uses "helping him pay off his debt" as an excuse to force him into voyeurism, exhibitionism, and cuckolding, even when it's clear he doesn't like any of those things.

Chapter 1 was the best one

All of these are uniquely weird. I read:
* The first story that the cover and title refer to, which is chapters 1, 2, and 6.5. Psychic sexual connection with people you kept eye contact with for too long.
* 4, which is interesting in a weird way, I enjoyed it but can't defend that enjoyment tbh
* Briefly read 6 but it felt like I was reading a synopsis of something, more so than typical one chapter stories
