I’m not saying we have to like MC but realistically we all would acted the same way if we were in her shoes. Mind you we still don’t know the full picture and don’t know why killing the MC is so important to the crown prince or anyone else who have been after her. It could be anything and even with the MC’s powers. It’s still not enough because we are literally seeing her try to solve her own case because she doesn’t know what to expect in this life time. Every action someone takes you can’t always predict the future. You’re looking 1 billion chances of what to do next and yes her actions has consequences but that also means everyone else around her their actions also have consequences what they do to her or help her. This is story that has a lot of webs that needs to be untied. This is bigger than the MC and this could be going back decades when it comes to her family and the royal family. Until, we get the full picture on what’s going on here we can only go based off the facts the MC has gathered herself and we the readers can only assume what happens next. We all might be right but we all might be wrong.

Yes basically, Jaewon(J) looks like Yeesung(Y). J looks like an ex-lover for Haeyul because, they're the one who had something before while Doioon, just have a close relationship with Y(not romantically). I think it had become obvious that Doioon likes J for who he is.
