They are both traumatized people that don't know how to deal or express thier feeling well. They need therapy years ago and both probably didn't get it. Safe to assume haesol has some form of PICA and an eating disorder she's somewhat worked through
Pica is when they eat things that aren't food, so far all we've seen is her blacking out due to stress and waking up covered in chocolate. So ye, a stress induced eating disorder but not pica
