It doesn't. And the author goes on break between volumes.
In addition to what kudou said, the author also mentioned in one of the afterwards chapters that they've taken a long time to release volumes for this manga because they worked on other stories at the same time
I really am disappointed as soon as they find each other it’s over there together we missed everything them actually dating the rings all it was cut out like come on give us something don’t just say I want to be together then there married basically what happened in between it sucked I feel jipped
