In addition to what kudou said, the author also mentioned in one of the afterwards chapters that they've taken a long time to release volumes for this manga because they worked on other stories at the same time

He wore a suit and walked out, assuming he went to his dead friends funeral?
But he wasn’t wearing a black suit I think?
It said at the end of the film he was wearing a black suit, not that he wore one to the funeral
