I think it is an example of "writing and seeing where it gets me" kinda... Writing for so many years it is easy to be distracted especially if the original idea was no set in stone, very original (so there would be the desire to get it out there) or thought up to the smallest detail beforehand... Idk how long-time artist do it (huge respect to Oda), bu I also think this way it's kinda cute, it is like real life. Where do you imagine yourself to be at in 10 years? And where will you actually be? We grow and change WITH this manhwa. I think it's beautiful. But also sad, yeah. Like we lost one plot that could have been. And maybe is. In alternate universe...

update: last two chapters was a little rush but overall it was good with plot twist. I see where ML went wrong and his redemption arc, still a bastard but he admits it and improve i guess. 8/10.
