I don’t think that she is their daughter because at the end of chapter 31 it shows she is still pregnant and then there is blood on the dads hand, so I’m pretty sure she miscarried (dunno if you can’t miscarry that late in pregnancy) or lost the baby somehow. She also says they lost so much that day, so i believe she is talking about the daughter passing away unborn.
What the age difference is here. Just cause that line of teaching jiujitsu to a child got me wondering.

Cause the beast says he thought they were siblings with different hair and eye color and then mentions how powerful he was and how he was surprised she had such a powerful guardian, so maybe they aren’t related at all and he’s a powerful being, as well? Her guardian that protects her?
