Now, in his second life, MC avoided marrying the same guy. ML just realised there might've been a time reversal of sorts because he saw a mark on MC's brother that he knows he was responsible for but he didn't fo it in this lifetime.
We don't know everything but for now, MC and ML just had sex.
Also, MC's ex went after MC's brother in this lifetime because he just wanted to use someone from MC's family and didn't care who. The brother nearly got entangled in that scheme but MC intervened and exposed his ex's plot. Now, MC's brother's partner is the croN prince who is also ML's brother so MC and his brother are getting together with ML and his brother.
It's all going too fast to be honest. I'm not even sure if a plot exists outside of "MC avoiding his bad fate" which was resolved in like 6 chapters. Also, ML's romantic interest in MC came out of nowhere. To top it all, everyone's face is the same, which is confusing
