This story is so confusing it’s bending the rules of physics. Like genuinely I’m so fucking confused if you asked me to summarize it I wouldn’t even know where to start cuz I genuinely have not a single clue as to where this story started nor where it’s going. It’s pretty good a solid 7.5/10 definitely not something to write home about but it’s nice. Neither character is very complicated, woojoo is really cute and no unnecessary angst or misunderstandings that last longer than like a second.

Okay hear me out, I dislike ginger over here as much as the next guy and I could potentially appreciate the authors effort in establishing his lore and reasoning HOWEVER I really don’t think it works. I could potentially, theoretically, hypothetically see how and why this would be oh so sad. But his horrible previous performance as boyfriend nr 1 was so horrendous and catastrophic that I really don’t think or could even fathom how anyone could justify or maybe even sympathize with his character.
I think that to make a character actually realistic and multidimensional you have to establish actually realistic characteristics. And I also don’t necessarily believe that every single character that’s evil or morally grey deserves or NEEDS a sad backstory.
This man would be the sole representative in my suicide note. Every single chapter makes him seem more like a fucking dick. May his penis fall off and may his genes die out. That man is a rutting hound and should be shot like a fucking dog.
That ending was absolute dogshit. It hated the ML throughout the whole story but Ive read some of the authors previous work and liked it…this however was not it. Was genuinely rooting for the other guy and to justify the MC and ML ending up together he becomes some shady asshole??? Cmon that’s so fucking lazy it’s neither entertaining nor interesting. The arts great but like the BS story of the MC left a sour taste in my mouth and the apology was lowkey ass. Like pick yourself up king that man is a walking talking dog and NOT worth your time, live or effort.
