This season was ASS. It didn’t add a single crumb to the plot. The characters didn’t develop, they got worse! A whole season dedicated to torturing characters who already had their happy ending. That’s really the most insane thing about all this. The story was done. They lived happily ever after. They were married! What was the POINT of doing all this?! Just so grandma could die and grandpa could go to jail????? Man this is a new low for BL. Literally the one singular good thing I could say about this was taesung’s parents possibly considering dating again. In fact, why didn’t the author just have the season focus on them? It would’ve been a million times better than this

So the penguin’s father in law was pretending to be the penguins mother in law in all the messages. And the reason he was doing that was because his wife cheated and was leaving their daughter alone and said she was fine not contacting her again because she was going to start a new family. But they did actually find the mom living in the next prefecture. Is that all correct?

The messages stopped because he was worried she would want to meet up with her mother and then she’ll find out it wasn’t really her. The last message was when she was going to get married so I guess he was worried she’ll invite her “mom” to her wedding.
Well... The penguin husband also said "late father in law" soooo he's likely dead. So even if the husband wanted to talk to him to send those messages again, he wouldn't be able to... Her only family now is him and their kid
