So the fenrir known to be soooo difficult to befriend and tame, contracted with clair because? The mc healed her and his baby fluff Leo took care of her while she was recovering? She did absolutely nothing what? Dropping this
I just dislike how Clair is driving the story so far instead of the mc. And it doesn't help that she just seem and feel empty while her character is being used as a speaker for all the lore drops.
Like, the title says pet parent and his daughter's adventures. 9 chapters in and she already housebound both mc's and she's dragging them at her own pace. Like, I didn't check out the story for her, she's not a fluffy creature, shut up, and let the guy explore already?
Since he stowed away the ring, maybe he could do the same when he punches the villain's armor? Since it's such a huge buff to his defenses, right??

i like the focus on the growth of our knight. it's a good lighthearted read.
i wish the cat and horse had more screentime. next to the knight, they're the most interesting personalities.
wish the "romantic" elements were cut off entirely, completely unnecessary and doesn't flow with the plot at all. like, there's a power struggle and they're busy trying to rebuild their lands-- why is she trying to have her shoujo moment?
