Nano Machine & Myst, Might, Mayhem connection

People are aware this is the story of the founding of the demonic warrior sect we see in Nano Machine right?
Like this is the same world and the MC of this one is the ancestor of the Nano Machine MC. The glimpses in Nano of the founder are of this protagonist.
Just double checking because with some comments I'm seeing I'm not sure people are aware that it's all the same world, just different sections of the world's timeline/history. So of you didn't like Nano this is a heads up.
They aren't the same story and the protagonists are very very different, but it is the same world and technically this MC has fewer morals than Nano MC. If Nano protag was chaotic neutral/lawful this one is chaotic evil
just to be sure, is the MC(MMM) the ancestors of MC(NM) who showed up recently before MCs(NM) descendant arc??

The sword NM mc gets, the style on the stones, etc. That's all supposed to be MMM mc. MMM mc is the founder of the sect we see in NM. Unless they decide to switch things up on us which would be really strange because that's a huge thing to change

I actually googled the story when I saw novel readers talking about it while I was reading NM. It's the whole reason I started reading MMM. I really enjoy op protagonists and it's even better when they're at least a bit chaotic so I got really excited by what I learned from the wiki, novel spoiler pages, reddit, etc. It was also confirmed by the author (read a few of their social media posts).
Because of that I got really concerned with all the negative comments about NM. Which is why I posted my original comment. They're not the same story and from what I remember from NM the founder (MMM mc) only had one wife. The harem situation didn't start until later generations and were a way to secure alliances/power.
I'm not a harem fan unless it's a proper poly situation. A group that can respect each other, work together, peacefully coexist, and actually love each other (some romantic some platonic, they don't have to be in love with everyone in the group, they just need to be a proper little found family unit where some of them are in love, but ALL of them care, for it to work). That's very rarely how they're written though.
As for me, I started MMM from youtube manhwa recap, then I got curious, so I try the manhwa.. then I can't take it anymore, I go to novel.. the last part read it, where they happily married and FL was pregnant(if I'm not mistaken)..
It irritates me how others drop NM just because what happened with MC and 2nd FL, his just helping her and taking responsibility that time, as if he became a sinner(like killing someone is much worse than having harem)..
While the recent chapter here (MMM), mc somewhat did the same(i think much worse than MC in NM) where he help FL(for his own benefit, manipulative) with here circumstances then f*cked..

Kinda why I said NM mc is closer to a neutral/lawful chaotic alignment whereas this mc (MMM) is outright chaotic evil. He's already done things much worse than NM mc, so expecting any kind of morals from him just feels odd. NM you could expect him to follow a moral code, it was his own personal moral code, but it existed

Totally forgot that Karl (Carl?) had promised to get after his big brother on mc's behalf his "oh right" and then turning around with a glare was so cute (and what reminded me he'd promised to side with mc and give his brother grief). ML can't even get mad because based on the context he was given, Lil bro is absolutely correct. ML can't really defend himself without risking blowing mc's cover and since he's trying to win her over...
The second that guy showed up with the flowers I was hoping one of the guys would burn them. Was so happy to watch it happen (▰˘◡˘▰) made me very happy. Oscar going "mine, back off" with that pose at the end was also great
Really tired of people making negative comments about the art. You obviously are not familiar with the manga from the 90s because this is super reminiscent of that. It's also similar to the way fashion sketches were in the late 80s and early 90s. If you don't like the art so much that you have to make negative comments EVERY WEEK. Go read something else.
Disliking the art is a valid reason for dropping a story. You don't vibe with it or get joy from it. So go look for something you do enjoy. Commenting once and moving on is also fine. But its EVERY SINGLE WEEK & EVERY SINGLE CHAPTER.
The comment section was one of my favourite parts of reading manga, manhwa, and manhua weekly. I love reading people's thoughts on the characters and contents of the chapter. But there's maybe one or two every week that isn't someone dissing the artist for this story.
Personally I have no problem with the art. I think the artist has done a great job and it's just a style thing. I've seen a lot of different styles.
Only thing keeping him sane... pretty sure this is one of those closets that doesn't have doors at this point. Especially with how on board he's been about Mehen being called mom from the get go.
It is adorable how much both men love her. Really hoping that they find a way to save her. Can you imagine them both when it's her debutant ball? XD
She has two wonderful parent figured who stepped up and love her more than anything.

The chibis at the end the kids having all dubbed him hero and playing as him is hilarious. Like, you know a mc's fame is big when the author has kids incorporate it into their games (sometimes this is a good thing, others, not so much). Our poor mc, doomed to fail at living the quiet life (≧∀≦)
