Totally forgot that Karl (Carl?) had promised to get after his big brother on mc's behalf his "oh right" and then turning around with a glare was so cute (and what reminded me he'd promised to side with mc and give his brother grief). ML can't even get mad because based on the context he was given, Lil bro is absolutely correct. ML can't really defend himself without risking blowing mc's cover and since he's trying to win her over...
The second that guy showed up with the flowers I was hoping one of the guys would burn them. Was so happy to watch it happen (▰˘◡˘▰) made me very happy. Oscar going "mine, back off" with that pose at the end was also great
Really tired of people making negative comments about the art. You obviously are not familiar with the manga from the 90s because this is super reminiscent of that. It's also similar to the way fashion sketches were in the late 80s and early 90s. If you don't like the art so much that you have to make negative comments EVERY WEEK. Go read something else.
Disliking the art is a valid reason for dropping a story. You don't vibe with it or get joy from it. So go look for something you do enjoy. Commenting once and moving on is also fine. But its EVERY SINGLE WEEK & EVERY SINGLE CHAPTER.
The comment section was one of my favourite parts of reading manga, manhwa, and manhua weekly. I love reading people's thoughts on the characters and contents of the chapter. But there's maybe one or two every week that isn't someone dissing the artist for this story.
Personally I have no problem with the art. I think the artist has done a great job and it's just a style thing. I've seen a lot of different styles.
Only thing keeping him sane... pretty sure this is one of those closets that doesn't have doors at this point. Especially with how on board he's been about Mehen being called mom from the get go.
It is adorable how much both men love her. Really hoping that they find a way to save her. Can you imagine them both when it's her debutant ball? XD
She has two wonderful parent figured who stepped up and love her more than anything.
