I didn't read absolute dominion but I'm pretty sure it takes place wayyy before Absolute regression. I looked up the absolute dominion MC's name and I don't remember it ever appearing in the absolute regression novel
No they just shared the same universe but they dont appear in here. You can read the authors others works they all shared the same universe too but thats it. No appearances or cameo from other characters.

I admit Iâm the sort that likes romance in what I read regardless of genre but I think even those who doesnât like romance should give this a try as it is that what keeps MC so unique compared to others. He has aura and hype moments yeah, but he also has an emotional vulnerability but the way he handles it is uniquely his own and is uncommon in action manhwa like this. Just hearing about his wonderful parents makes everything make senseâto have the Jianghu he envisions, he must have people he wants to protect and make the Jianghu better for. I also enjoy that Charyeong is a hard worker, Iâm sure she will be powerful soon so I canât wait until we see the gentleman and ladyâs sword get used together side by side.
