It is probably not from reading yaoi. Nose bleeds can happen from dry environments, from being picked/scratched, or if you disrupt your lining in your nose from blowing your nose.
Whelp I'm assuming it's summer weather where you're at. Prob just the heat, I get nosebleeds all the time in summer due to my allergies.

Sorry for butting in but if it's your first time it shouldn't be a big deal, it's pretty normal, having a nose bleed. If it happens frequently from now on though you should go check with your doctor just in case, as it's said that frequent nosebleeds can be a sign of health issues.

after episode 18 or 19. That's the 2nd season but I would read from beginning of the novel bc A LOT of the sex/romance was cut out bc of restrictions.
the second season starts in the episode 19 and finishes in the episode 30 so I suppose you already finished the second season... but tbh i personally recommend you to read the novel, it has so many scenes that the drama doesn't show you

Umm, I never heard of the story but it sounds interesting so I tried to search for it. I'm not sure if it's the right one but it does have a bit similarities compared to your description. Didn't found any manga for it though. I only found the novel version.
