I didn’t read the novel but tldr (from comments): this should get more fucked up based on flashback lore. Kidnapper was gang raped by kidnapee as a child, the gang rape was filmed and distributed, the woman in the hospital is kidnapper’s mother that mentally broke from seeing the video (?), kidnapee doesn’t remember bc he got into a fight later and got amnesia. the revenge torture gets more fucked up

No but it’s written as if it were under strict censorship and couldn’t be gay. The running joke is that it would be if it were on Le**** but it’s released on a site that’s most PG13 and not as progressive.

I didn't even know that, because these small background details normally pass by me cleanly, but now that you say it, it makes much more sense than I would like to admit. Because there's so many male characters, barely any harem, and existing female characters are also more gay among each other than anything else.
I let this marinate for a really long time again, so I'm unsure of what I'm getting mixed up with other stories, but there was literally on of them PG Versions of MPreg in this one, in that he had something in his body to breed it with some bullshit energy or something.

I mean, it was one aspect of the story and it's been a while, so my recollection of it is fractured, but when I say one of the PG Versions of MPreg, I mean those variable types that were a things especially before Omgeaverse became the be-all-and-end-all of MPreg lore. You still get the occasional outlier, but years back, we had gems like "PREGMAN" (if you know, you know).
Anyway, I've seen stories with lore that accomodated men to "bear children" in a veeeery similar way to MC here and those stories were obviously gay. But that may just be my opinion on this.
