A group of beggars find a lost merman i thing. Thinking of selling it to make money, the merman complains about.... everything : the puddle he was put it, saying he would become ugly (he's really fixated on his appearance).
And he cries a lot, too ! He's a brat. He cries peals, so the mc tries to make him cry but fails a lot...

Uke who regularly goes to bar to get laid. He's pretty famous for sleeping around.
