I feel like a lot of people are getting too technical about this manhwa. At the end of the day, it's still a story. It's not supposed to accurately reflect what happens in real life and how people act in real life. Let's just enjoy it and how the artist drew the characters so beautifully (●'◡'●)ノ

    manganiME May 12, 2017 5:29 pm

I like getting invested in stories. I like discussing them. If you just want to read and enjoy, avoid the comments, where those of us who like to dissect, discuss, scream, squeal, hate, then love, then hate, then love want to vent.

And I really love this story. :D

Sugar May 11, 2017 1:44 am

So the story was kind of spoiled for me as I stupidly read all the comments on a certain page... I don't want to drop this story because I know the author wrote this with a lot of effort, but I don't think I can bring myself to continue reading ;-; my heart sank along with my ship ╥﹏╥ I'm just hoping the ending is still a good one so I'll read the rest.

Sugar May 11, 2017 1:34 am

My heart died along with my hopes and dreams when Heebum rejected Yoowon.

Sugar May 8, 2017 11:42 pm

*screams for 10 business days* SAME HAHAH but I still ship Yoowon and Heebum until the end of time(/TДT)/ I just feel kinda bad for them. I mean, yeah, Jumi was super nice to the both of them but I don't think niceness equates to having to fall in love? I don't know if that makes sense lol. I just feel like the guys are given a lot of shit but they also have life problems of their own that may have caused their relationship to be so complicated. Even though Jumi came along and gave them kindness, I feel like any good friend should do what she did. I hope a guy comes a long and truly loves Jumi though ~

Sugar May 7, 2017 4:22 pm

I really want a good ending for Jumi but just not with Heebum or Yoowon ╥﹏╥ I ship those two so hard and I will slowly die if they break their promise a second time.

Sugar May 5, 2017 1:12 am

I was having a slow day but this really cheered me up. It's so heartwarming and sweet ~

Sugar April 30, 2017 9:57 pm

Sunbae is such an ass (but he's hot af) and I want to hear his side of the story since Sunhwa literally blasted away the moment he heard the recording.

Sugar December 27, 2016 6:57 am

I've shipped Tenyuu and Ayano this entire time rip. Mairu honestly frustrates me so much but watching her find love is simply so interesting!

Sugar November 20, 2016 6:00 am

I hope that this updates soon! This story makes me so happy (▰˘◡˘▰)

Some people are seriously overreacting about this whole Mangago v. Lezhin thing. Of course, people who enjoy these art styles would love to support the artist. Emphasis on the "would." Not everyone can afford to spend money just to read a manhwa online. A lot of people don't have credit cards, debit cards, bank accounts, paypal or gift cards that can charge coins on Lezhin. At this point I just hope that things work out. If this comic becomes licensed then I'd definitely start paying for chapters. There's really no need for death threats & excessive hate though.

Preach girl. that one dislike can succ it

    hhahahahahahhahha November 17, 2016 7:55 am

Is also a great to advertise. I mean when there a cliffhanger there a chance of someone paying for chapter because they can't wait.

    kyouran November 17, 2016 8:09 am

I wholeheartedly agree. Because I am too impatient for my BL/Yaoi, I gladly pay to unlock episodes at Lezhin and other webtoon sites, because fortunately I can. Venues such as Mangago are an excellent source of advertising and I would argue that it is in the best interest of Mangakas and Manhwagas (especially new ones) to have their works scanlated and shared with the community, who upon falling in love with a series, turn around and buy them (when available). I'm in the habit of buying Mangas and paying to unlock webtoon chapters after I have come across them at Mangago as I am too impatient to wait for translations; without sites like Mangago I wouldn't have known of the existence of a significant portion of the Mangas and Manhwas I have ended up buying/paying for. This is an interdependent relationship that benefits all involved; the authors, publishers and the fans (those that can pay and those that can't).

    Anonymous November 17, 2016 1:16 pm

Not having credit cards is not a real exuse. And you could argue the site does well advertising. They give you the prologue and the first chapter free (of Royal servant) to intice buyers. A full 17 chapters is just asking for too much. That's 45 coins lost. Multiple that by everyone here and that's a big loss.

    Kamero November 17, 2016 1:24 pm

These are all the chapters that are available on the site right now. Lol There is no paying for the next chapter, because it will definitely be on mangago the day it comes out.

actually they have the english version http://www.lezhin.com/en/comic/royalservant
and yes not having credit cards is not a real excuse, cause if you invite friends and they sign up using your link then youll get free points that will be exchanged to coins!
also they have this visit everyday system where youll get certain points if you visited the web at least once per day, and by the time a month passes youll get 3 coins (+ some points, how amazing is that??) that can be exchange for a chapter!
and if yall wondering if its licensed or not, i think its licensed? this is stated at the bottom of their website "All comics published by Lezhin Comics are protected by copyright. Posting all or any part of our comics on other media (including personal media) without authorization from the copyright holder or Lezhin Comics is punishable by copyright laws."

As someone who never paid for online reading I don't really agree. If you didn't notice, the system is created so it'll take time for you save up enough points for a chapter as a result of that you're basically pushed into buying points, as well I don't have 7161819 friends to invite, and amount of points I get for inviting one is honestly low, and not everyone in my friend circle are happy about being involved with yaoi stuff. I apologize, but as desperate as I am for new chapters I will not spend everyday on one site just to save myself 10 points for which I can hardly afford anything. Don't get me wrong, I do support buying online chapters however not everyone can afford spending money for virtual shit, so sites like this are very convenient for them. Unfair, yes it is. What will 'ya do about it though? Bunch of stuff is shared online without permission, not only manga such as this. Endless circle. Whining about it in the comments every time chapter comes out likely won't do much about it.

What will we do about it?
You do know a number of these sites have been shut down. Sure one always pops up after another, but these sites aren't immune to anything. I wouldn't be too bold, especially if the comic took serious action they could do some damage in the long run. Reading things for free isn't anymore convient than paying. There's always a chance manga will get taken off of mangago or the site itself will be gone. It's an endless circle of finding the next big site to read free manga.......

Convenient since as you said, they will always pop up. As long as there are any site allowing to read for free I will do so. I don't really like to spend money on something I will read once, then just add it into stock of other already read mangas.

yes its ok if you dont want to support the artists, like its your rights to choose and to do. but for some people, they feel guilty of reading it for free and wants to support the artists too so theyll continue their works. web like lezhin gives so much opportunity to support the artist and if you dont have friends irl to invite then i suggest try sharing it online, for example mangago, well im not forcing you to, im just suggesting some ways for people to put effort on supporting the artists

Understood. However not all people are fond of other's sharing stuff online, in the terms of how you said 'invitation link', yes, there would be people kind enough to click it but there are as well types that'd tell you to piss off with strange links. It's better either share it in very kind, peaceful community or ONLY to someone you know, who reads yaoi. Unless you wish to get into unnecessary drama issue, such as this.

The issue isn't not having credit cards. It's not having money. I do understand that it's difficult to make money when people don't pay to read, but that problem isn't just going to end with shutting down Mangago. Fortunately and unfortunately, the internet is simply a cycle of uploading and re-uploading. Maybe the artists could make more money by selling physical copies.

I didn't know that they had such a system because it wasn't stated on their site. While I do think that it's a decent system, I'm not particularly fond of it. I mean, if I log on everyday and wait for a month just to read one chapter then isn't that kind of the same as reading it on a free site that updates more frequently? Readers are still reading the chapters for free, just at a slower pace. I don't know, maybe I'm wrong. I don't really know the full details of how the system works.

    Anonymous November 19, 2016 1:16 pm

You'll get up to 7 coins a month, so you can two chapters or more depending if they ask for three coins/ 1 coin....aaaaand no. Updates are no more covient on either side. I mean I've gone years without seeing a recent manga update. And lizhen has a schedule they stick to, so you know what you are getting...

    Anonymous November 19, 2016 1:22 pm

Oh read the question wrong, yea it is. See, it depends on your intent. The points you earn give you one dollar discount on the coins, so you can either pay less or not pay at all. Your choice. It still shows support, but I stick to my ground on the updates. Mangago isn't necessarily faced paced. Lol I've waited on single chapters for 5 years; 5 years ago I just started reading yaoi, so yea....it has been a while. Meanwhile the manga on lizhen are updated on a nice schedule. How much coins you have at the time depends on how fast you can read them. You guys who are reading it for free are waiting for people to buy more chapters, therefore you may be waiting just as long as the people logging in everyday. Hahaha
