Oh geez, I've been watching anime for way too long. I don't even know which was my very first. The first manga I recall reading was Kamichama Karin. I really think that this varies from person to person. I remember reading my first explicit manga at around age 9 or 10. It was more of a shoujo than a hentai but there was still some pretty steamy stuff.
