Yes it can be a little confusing. The guy (seme) likes Nagi who is the male twin, they met before and it was love. The 2 twins Nagi (male) and Nagisa (female) switch identities which can be really confusing for everyone including their own older brother. Years back, the seme met Nagi dressed up as a girl so he thinks Nagisa is his love. Whenever Nagi dresses up as a girl, he brings lots of people's love in and Nagisa has to deal with it lol. The seme's guy friend/other classmate is different since he fell for Nagi in male form which Nagisa realized when he was blushing which is quite extraordinary. Now the lead guy is sort of understanding Nagisa and Nagisa feels bad that he is kissing him and also falling in love because she is not his true love "Nagi". She's stealing him from Nagi. And I'm sure the lead guy would realize that his "Nagi" is male. I do feel sad for the "friend" who fell in love with Nagi in guy form. Sweet guy~
