I'm not reading the entire conversation on here, but you definitely need to read ahead in the story, it's not a story with a simple good and bad actions, both Ines and Carcel have flaws here and yes, Carcel did cheat but it wasn't just out of the blue, it was what Ines wanted all along and why she chose to ignore him all the years even tho she chose him. Also Carcel mentions how he too had thoughts that Ines had a secret affair. So pretty much it's their miscommunication that was the fault in here.

And well, if you see Ines here, she isn't a weak woman, had she felt it was wrong she would have taken action, sure she's traumatised by this point but she's still pretty level headed to make a plan and choose who she was gonna use to save herself this timeline. It's a story about two flawed individuals learning and growing together.

That information isn’t until later chapters & although he snippets in a dialogue while escorting the women from the first chapter, it doesn’t protect the fact he made out with her and would have eventually slept with her to “make it happen”. So, yes he did cheat. With one woman, sure ok, but it’s not zero; and that fact alone is enough to make people uncomfortable & not want to continue reading. Instead of being immature about someone’s own comfort, learn how to be less insensitive
