Man, I thought the worst when I saw snake beat red up when she was in chains. But, maybe this has a tiny tiny tiny chance of being healthy somewhat............I'm not holding my breath though.
The manhwa delves a lot in the prevalent bullying in South Korea. Especially students being treated the way Gayoon was, or other students turning on each other. Props on that.
Soha and Gayoon's relationship is incredibly abnormal and very uncomfortable for all the first chapters (like Gayoon acting like a dog??? Doing shit she hated doing when she was bullied aka being the bullies "Pet"??? The fuck??????) Even worse when Soha put the electric collar on her, causing her NOT TO BE ABLE TO BREATHE WHILE IT WAS ON.
I gotta say that it does get better in the latter chapters though. Some of the shit the characters did gets addressed on all sides. And everyone gets a happy ending. Yay.
The art is really nice, the worldbuilding is great, and the story already put down some seeds of mystery, but ...ugh....
Honestly, the furry thing I don't mind at all. It's more the forced shit (Rape, actually) than anything that makes me very uncomfortable about the thing the author has set up.
Of course, that might be part of the plot/shock factor, but man, does it make snake lady really irredeemable in my eyes.
The snake lady didn't rape anyone, at least not yet...
I feel the same way.. I don't mind them being animals as it is part of the story but Luce is horrible. I don't think I can ever come to like this character and the way she treats Red is making me really uncomfortable :/
I really hope the author won't draw some sort of love story between those two.. It would ruin this manhwa in my opinion.
Holding someone hostage, stripping them and blackmailing them doesn't very seem wholesome if you ask me.
If "she didn't rape anybody....yet" is the bar you're going for, the bar would be so low, you'd have to dig 10 meters into the ground and throw the bar in.
(Then Luce would still find a way to go under that bar, if I see how the story's going)
It's not a problem with the story, but I'm just saying not to find this relationship hot, cause it sure is not.

Julia is a witch who had joined the organization for a reason which will remain unknown.
yoobin is a fucking bitch who thinks only of exterminating the witches,good or bad.
I do not really see a relationship between both.
And Baba really tried to kill julia, she didn't spare her,it's just that she has her considered dead.She would be no mercy for one person like yoobin.

Regarding that vicious red witch, I wouldn't doubt if it was properly her or (at least) some acquaintance of her, the one who passed as Hwayeon in ch.47. The cruelty and cowardice are identical.
